Jane Seibert is an art director and designer with more than 15 years experience in advertising and design. Prior to forming rialto, she was Vice President and Design Director at Gray Kirk/ VanSant Advertising, and a Senior Art Director at W.B. Doner & Co. working on accounts such as Bell Atlantic Mobile, MCI, and PeopleSoft.   Dave Beaudouin, has 15 years of working experience in the fields of advertising, design, and corporate communications for Fortune 100 companies both as a writer and as a project manager. He has worked on accounts such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CSX Intermodal, and Westinghouse. He is the author of "Creating a Presence on the World Wide Web: A Primer For Communicators."   Patrick Harris has been involved in Web site development and interactive media since the early 90's, as well as in the management of new media technologies. Prior to joining rialto, he was the Director of Computer Operations at W.B. Doner Advertising.   Elise Kolaja has more than 15 years of experience as an advertising copywriter in both regional and national agencies, working on such accounts as Martin Marietta, Westinghouse, Cellular One, DIGEX, Prodigy, and Genie Online Services. Prior to working with rialto, she was Senior Copywriter at Gray Kirk/VanSant.
